The FTM402-D is a high-speed pick-and-place machine designed specifically for SMT PCB applications, featuring a dual-arm configuration and 12 nozzles. It incorporates an intelligent ultra-wide-field high-definition integrated megapixel flying vision system and a high-precision compensation system, enabling real-time precision correction during the placement of components on SMT PCBs.
With a working area that supports the precise placement of materials up to 1200mm in length, the FTM402-D utilizes compact, ultra-quiet linear motor control technology for smooth operation. To address common challenges in DOB (Driver-On-Board) lighting production, this high-speed mounter features an optimized placement head design. This design enhances the spacing between axes and accommodates component heights of up to 20mm, ensuring stable placement of larger components like electrolytic capacitors and inductors.
By reducing the risk of material loss, the FTM402-D significantly improves placement stability, efficiency, and accuracy in SMT PCB manufacturing processes, making it an essential tool for ensuring high-quality assembly in the industry.
