This PCB loading machine features a special aluminum alloy structure and an auxiliary positioning brake system for rapid and precise positioning, enhancing production efficiency. Its PLC control and color HMI operation interface make it user-friendly and easy to manage. The multifunctional electrical circuit and stable program design ensure smooth operation of the production line. The humanized program design offers four PITCH options for setting the step distance of PCB collection and delivery. The audio-visual alarm system and abnormal information text prompts enhance the safety and ease of use of the equipment. The material box is conveyed using an engineering flat plastic strip, complemented by adjustable pusher speed control, ensuring stable material transportation. The four-point positioning pneumatic clamping system guarantees the accurate positioning of the material box. Additionally, the material rack's in-out chain uses a black flat chain, and the machine signal line adopts the standard SMEMA interface. The sensor detection ensures the automatic and accurate delivery of PCB boards.
