If the liquid has additives or needs to be vacuum degassed, an electric agitator must be installed in the barrel.
If the temperature change of the liquid affects the operability, a temperature control system must be installed in the barrel or pipeline.
If the liquid has quartz powder or other abrasive powder additives, it is recommended to use a piston volumetric metering product.
If there are additives in the liquid and there is a serious precipitation phenomenon, the gear metering type cannot be used.
The two-liquid mixing method needs to be determined according to the ratio and viscosity difference to determine whether to use static or dynamic mixing.
