As a high-tech product, safe and correct operation of the SMT machine is very important for both the machine and the people.
The most basic thing to operate the SMT machine safely is that the operator should have the most accurate judgment and should follow the following basic safety rules:
1. The machine operator should receive operation training under the correct method.
2. The power should be turned off when checking the machine, replacing parts or repairing and adjusting the internal parts (the maintenance of the machine must be carried out under the condition of pressing the emergency button or cutting off the power).
3. Make sure that the YPU (programming unit) is in your hand when "reading coordinates" and adjusting the machine to stop the machine at any time.
4. Make sure that the "interlock" safety device remains effective to stop the machine at any time. The safety detection on the machine cannot be skipped or short-circuited, otherwise it is very easy to cause personal or machine safety accidents.
5. Only one operator is allowed to operate one machine during production.
6. During operation, make sure that all parts of the body such as hands and head are outside the range of movement of the machine.
7. The machine must be properly grounded (real grounding, not neutral wire).
8. Do not use the machine in a flammable gas or extremely dirty environment.
Note:
a) Those who have not received training are strictly prohibited from operating the machine.
b) Safety should be the first priority when operating the equipment. The machine operator should operate the machine strictly according to the operating specifications, otherwise it may cause damage to the machine or endanger personal safety.
c) The machine operator should be careful and attentive.
