2) Cleaning and maintenance of the LED SMT machine nozzle
First, use a needle to dredge the inner hole of the nozzle, then fill the ultrasonic cleaner with appropriate amount of water, put the nozzle in it, cover it, start cleaning several times, and blow it clean after cleaning.
3) Maintenance of Shaft Rod
The Shaft rod is used to clamp the nozzle and serve as a switch valve for mounting the switch valve.
4) Maintenance of the nozzle head gear of the LED SMT machine
Rotate the nozzle head, wipe the small gear on the nozzle head clean, apply an appropriate amount of red oil to the small gear, and rotate the nozzle head to lubricate the small gear fully.
5) Maintenance of the feeder
The maintenance of the feeder is relatively simple. Just use dust-free paper dipped in solvent to clean the residual glue on the feeder cover and reel.
6) Lubrication of the slide rail and lead screw of the LED SMT machine
Use dust-free paper to wipe the slide rail and lead screw clean to ensure that there is no residual oil or debris. Use an oil gun to inject the lubricating oil from the oil nozzle on the lead screw and slide rail into the contact surface of the respective moving pairs of the slide rail and lead screw until the dirty lubricating oil is squeezed out, and wipe it clean with dust-free paper. Manually move the patch head to evenly apply the oil on the surface of the lead screw and slide rail.
