On November 20, a delegation from Tsinghua University's Department of Industrial Engineering, including Professor Wang Kaibo, Associate Professors Yue Xiaowei and Zhang Chen, Senior Investment Manager Xu Shuo from the Tsinghua Pearl River Delta Research Institute, and Chen Qiongting from Huiwei Fund, visited Guangdong MOJE Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.. They participated in an exchange seminar on the topic of "Development Technologies for the Quality, Precision, and Stability of Domestic High-End Pick-and-Place Machines." Attending the event from MOJE were Chairman Wu Zhida, Chief Engineer Cheng Zhiguo, HR and Administration Director Hu Siyu, and Project Director Wu Fan. The event aimed to promote deeper integration of industry, academia, and research to collaboratively explore the future development of domestic high-end pick-and-place machines.
The event began with a warm welcome speech by Chairman Wu Zhida, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Tsinghua University professors and representatives from the Pearl River Delta Research Institute for their visit. He emphasized that this seminar presented a valuable opportunity for both parties to collaborate and drive advancements in domestic pick-and-place machine technology. Chairman Wu also provided an overview of the history and current state of domestic pick-and-place machine development, offering the guests a clearer understanding of the industry and MOJE's journey.
Following this, Associate Professor Yue Xiaowei from Tsinghua University's Department of Industrial Engineering delivered an in-depth presentation on the foundation and development of industrial engineering in China, providing valuable academic perspectives and industry insights.
Next, MOJE's Chief Engineer Cheng Zhiguo gave a detailed introduction to the technological advancements in domestic pick-and-place machines, highlighting the company's significant achievements in innovation, particularly through its flagship MOJE Pick-and-Place Machine series.

After the presentations, the guests toured MOJE's assembly workshop, observing processes such as component assembly, testing, and inspection of pick-and-place machines. The hands-on visit offered them a direct understanding of MOJE's strong R&D capabilities and technological innovation.




The seminar concluded with plans for both parties to conduct joint theoretical and applied research focusing on improving the quality, precision, and stability of pick-and-place machines. The event marked the official launch of their collaborative research projects, ushering in a new phase of cooperation.
