Structure
The reflow soldering machine consists of a control system (the control system adopts PC+PLC+HMI (human-machine interface)), a hot air system (pressurized forced circulation hot air heating system, front and rear return air, to prevent the influence of airflow between temperature zones, to ensure temperature uniformity and heating efficiency; a dedicated high-temperature motor, with adjustable speed and frequency conversion), a cold air system (forced air cooling and water cooling structure, with adjustable cooling zone temperature display), a machine body, and a transmission system.

The reflow soldering machine is a very important equipment in the SMT production process. The reflow soldering process directly affects the quality of the SMT process. Without a good reflow soldering machine, it is difficult to achieve good reflow soldering quality. [1]
1. The temperature control range meets the specifications in the manual, and the control accuracy is within ±2.0℃.
2. The speed control meets the specifications in the manual, and the accuracy is controlled within ±0.2m/min;
3. The lateral temperature difference of the substrate movement (≤150mm spacing) is within ±10.0℃;
4. The heater has a complete appearance and reliable electrical connections. The hot air blower runs smoothly and without noise;
5. The guide rails can be adjusted freely and kept parallel. The effective width of the conveying substrate meets the specifications in the manual;
6. The operating system works normally, the appearance of the instruments and meters is intact, the indication is accurate, the readings are eye-catching, and they are within the qualified service life;
7. The electrical devices are complete, the pipelines are arranged in order, and the performance is sensitive and reliable;
8. The equipment is regularly maintained inside and outside, without yellowing and grease.
